When choosing a product to represent your niche choose a subject line where you have some knowledge. There are hundreds of topics to choose from; choose one that is personal to you and then do research within that topic.

Be diligent and consistent. Focus on the really important stuff make sure  you don't waste time playing around. Once the core responsibilities have been completed, then use the extra time surfing and researching. It is so important not to get lost in the maze of information. If you don't have a daily plan of action, you can work for hours on the Internet and accomplish nothing.

Stay with it. You check everyday and not a single sale. Don't give up! Your promotion efforts will need at least that long to take effect and why allow yourself to get disheartened? No matter what the ads all say, no one becomes a millionaire overnight. It takes 30 days to build a habit, give any affiliate program at least that long to see if it's going to work. Sure, there are a lot of other programs out there, all that promise bigger and better returns; but they will still be there in a few months, once you get your current project up and running smoothly. Don't switch boats midstream. You will lose focus and all the hard work you already put in. No one will be behind you grading your efforts in building a business; you have to grade yourself. Are you really putting all the time and effort into the business that it takes to be successful?
